Steering Teams are the top level of work groups in the consortium and drive the agenda for the consortium. Teams are able to divide into as many sub-teams, or project teams as is deemed necessary by the members. Member companies are asked to identify at least one representative to each team, and many have several involved in the activity.
There is significant cross-communication between Steering Teams, facilitated at the highest levels between team chairs, as well as at the Board level.
